A glossary of bonus, slot and payment terms

Words from the bonus terms

Bonus conditions use a vocabulary of their own, and a few words decide whether a bonus is worth taking. The definitions below map directly to the MSport offer of 100% up to ZMW 11,000 + 50 free spins.

• Bonus funds: the part of your balance that is still locked by a rollover
• Loss refund: a share of net losses credited back, 10% weekly
• Maximum bet: the stake ceiling during bonus play; going over it can cancel the bonus
• Playthrough: the betting volume a bonus needs before it turns into cash, here 35x within 30 days
• Bonus spins: rounds on a chosen slot paid by the casino, whose winnings go through the rollover
• Contribution: how much of each stake counts for the rollover, depending on the game

Slot jargon

More slot words

Hit rate: the share of spins that return something, big or small. Demo mode lets you play with virtual credits to learn a game for free. Wilds stand in for regular symbols to help form wins. Landing enough scatters typically opens the bonus round.

Payment and account terms

Deposits and withdrawals use a small vocabulary of their own. Knowing them makes every transaction clearer.

Verification: the process of confirming who you are with official documents. Withdrawal time: how long a payout takes, here 12 hours to 3 business days. In review: the request is sent and waiting for approval.

Withdrawal minimum: ZMW 16, the lowest payout possible. Daily limit: the maximum you can withdraw per day, at MSport $10,000. Account currency: chosen at registration and rarely changed, which in Zambia is normally ZMW.

Words for crypto payments

Crypto payments bring their own terms, and MSport supports 14 coins. They matter more than with ordinary payments. Crypto payments are covered step by step in a separate guide.

Network: the specific chain used for a transfer, which must match on both sides. Gas fee: the cost of a crypto transfer, paid to the network, not the casino. Confirmation: the network's approval of a transaction; deposits are credited after enough of them.

Stablecoin: a cryptocurrency designed to keep a stable value. Wallet address: the destination of a transfer, best copied or scanned, never typed. TXID: the code that identifies your transfer in a block explorer.

Safety vocabulary

A few terms relate to keeping your account safe and accessible. Each one points to a simple habit. The genuine MSport address and its mirrors are described in a guide of their own.

Two-step login: a second check after the password. A phishing attack imitates the casino to steal your password. Official address: the domain listed by the operator, the only one to trust.

Operating company:. Padlock: shows that data to the site is encrypted. Login log: the overview of recent logins that helps you detect intruders. The regulatory licence, issued by Anjouan (Union of Comoros).

Responsible play vocabulary
